Responsible for managing personnel issues within the department, as well as monitoring, reconciling, and maintaining the department budget. Manages graduate scholarship/traineeship awards. Monitors database needs of department, and serves as the contact/respondent for other University departments and outside customers/vendors. Provides support to the Director of Student Services.

Acts as a receptionist to greet faculty, staff, students and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
